The prices listed below are the cost per unit per night and a stay of minimum 3 nights. They include the Neusiedler-See-Card. Communal taxes and cleaning fees after your departure have to be paid seperately (€ 25.00). Electricity is charged according to your usage.

Arrival: Arrival starts at 2 pm. The apartments are reserved for you until 7 pm. If you are going to arrive later, please call.
Departure: We ask you to leave the apartment at 10am latest.
Cancellation:
If you leave earlier than planned or if you cancel your booking, the legal requirements according to § 5 "Rücktritt vom Beherbergungsvertrag" of the 'Öster- reichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen' (ÖHVB) [Austrian booking law concerning accomodations] will be applied.
